Fat Burning Furnace – My First Few Weeks Following The Methods

I’ve tried the principles of Fat Burning Furnace for a few weeks now. I’m actually on the third week on my training program, which is a self-modification of the FBF program, basically. I’m doing 2x the original program in order to ensure a more complete workout.

I’m not the kind of person who is strapped for time like most people who download this program, which means I’m gettingĀ  double the benefit, well not really. I’m just burning a little bit more calories while at the gym, but also get the same 48 hour after burn that we are after when we follow the program.

If you work the Fat Burning Furnace program right you will find yourself burning a lot of fat fast and it will feel like it’s basically melting away. I know mine has. If you are more overweight (more fat initally) you’ll also see faster results.

Don’t worry if the scale doesn’t show much the first 2-3 weeks because you are building muscle while burning fat. Instead measure yourself and see how your body changes (gets smaller) and you fit your clothes better, or people tell you that you look slimmer. These are good signs. Don’t use the scale as your measurment!!

The hardest part of the program for me so far is not the 45 minutes in the gym, that’s easy!!! Trust me. The workout is fun, quick and effective. The hardest part is your diet. If you really want to “lean up” you’ll have to remove the all beloved sugar from your diet, almost immediatly. No more snacks, cakes etc.

Instead you’ll eat lovely fruits which tastes good too, just not as good as cupcakes or Oreo cookies…
